How to send current Word document as Outlook attachment?

I have a Word document that multiple people will be using.

I want to create a button, link or other means on this Word document that when it is clicked, it will send the Word document to a specific email address.

Example:
User opens the Word document and fills out the fields. Then clicks on the Send button/link and the document gets sent as an attachment to (e-mail address removed)

Any help would be appreciated.
