How to retrieve saved email templates in Office 2003?

I had several email templates stored in Outlook 2000 and I can't seem to
retrieve them in Outlook 2003. However, I can find them by going to
c:\documents and settings....,etc., but I cannot locate them in a folder on
my Outlook taskbar.
How can I move them to the Outlook task bar from Documents and Settings?
