Go to Symantec's site and search for that virus. The site has very complete
instructions for removing the problem.

Remove Norton AntiVirus, Norton WMI, LiveUpdate and Live Reg if they are in
Add or Remove Programs. Reboot and install and update AVG 7.0 Free edition.

http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg70free_338a597.exe

Also download Spybot 1.4 and scan for spyware.

I got a similar attack last week attacked Symantec and shut it down for
good. AVG removed 10 trojans and viruses that Symantec let right in even
though it was fully updated. My employer insists we use this crummy av
program.

Norton products are like screen doors on a submarine. Worthless & good for
nothing.
