how to put qty & date of the item

o Hello everyone pls help me. In my warehouse, I try to work out the item movement. In sheet 1, I have database for all items in the warehouse with item code, description and stock on hand in the heading. In sheet 2, I arrange items according to suppliers with same heading : item code, description and soh. For this I used vlookup formulas and under the suppliers, I entered item code, there appear description and soh due to database in sheet 1. Everyday I update database and in sheet 2, I can know the soh of items. My formula can only show soh for a day and next day when I update database there appear another figure.

o I would like to know weekly and monthly for soh of a particular item in sheet 3. Thanks in advance!
