how to override auto-fit text to text placeholder

In the presentation (ppt not pot))that I have done, I have
deselected the option found at Tools/Options/Edit tab [ ]
auto-fit text to text placeholder.

When I save then share this document with other users,
this setting changes to being selected.

How can I override that?
Appreciate any assistance at all!

This is a machine-specific setting, Jan. Unfortunately you can't change the
others' machines.
