How to open Email- winmail.dat-attachment file?

I've got an email with a "winmail.dat" attachment I can't find the program to open with. Anybody care to enlightment my ignorant self,please?

This is caused by someone using Outlook in RTF sending to someone using
Outlook Express.

OE cannot read it or open it.

All you can do is tell the sender to use plain text when sending you email
with attachments.
