how to open a .vem file?

My sister got a web cam for christmas. In trying it she is emailing me files with .vem extensions. Camera is Magic Vision, made by? Dont know. She is computer illiterate and I am not much better. She said it is not in voice e mail format for what it is worth.

It may be necessary for you to install the same application that she has.
I.E.: The Web cam's software.

Have her read the HELP files, or contact support, to see if the program
can be configured to save files in a standard format, such as AVI or MPG.
