How to move an existing server to a new computer.

We need to replace the Computer on which we have our SBS
2000 installed with all it components.

We use mirroring option as Fault Tolerance. Can I just
break the mirror and move one hard drive to a new computer
and then mirror it to the new Disk on the new computer?

Is there a document published on this with Microsoft or on
any other website?

This is the closest thing. If the hardware is exactly the same then you
might be able to move the drive directly but it carries risk.
