When I import data from Excell or Acces to Business Contact Manager the
fields are out of synch. I have tried renaming the address in Excell /
Access to the same as shown in the mapping but still same problem.

Can anyone help - please

The fields are mapped based on the mapping you give BCM; e.g. map a column in
Excel ot a field in BCM. Can you be more specific about what field's not
doing what you expect?

Thanks for your response.

I have tried to map my Contacts name & addresses from Access to BCM but when
I import the details the city is on the first line of the address, and the
other address lines are out of synch, i.e. 1st address line is shown last. I
have tried exporting the data to Excell and renaming the colums to match the
words in the mapping fields in BCM but get the same results.

Regards
