How to make bootable CD from a bootable USB flashdrive?

I want to make a bootable CD from a bootable USB flash drive.

I have a bootable USB flash drive. I guess I need to know how to get
from the USB drive to an image file (ISO, BIF etc) , then I can burn a
CD from the image file.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

Nero could create a iso image file from USB drive (i think, never done it),
than you can burn your image to a boot CD-ROM.
