How to insert a word doc (entier contents) into another word doc?

Using 2007, I want to insert a document ( in it's entirety) into my word
document. I need to keep the source document formatting. When I convert to
pdf (using PDF995) and insert it comes up as an icon or I can change it to
see the first page, but not the entire document. Same thing if I try to
insert the word document.

On the Insert ribbon, click the down arrow on the Object button and choose
Text From File.
