How to insert a html file into outlook 2007 email body

In OE 6.0 I can insert a html file and send it as a news letter to my
clients. But I can not get it to work in Outlook 2007. Any ideas?

Setup the mail format to html and you should be able to copy/paste the page
into your message

Thanks for your reply.
I tried that and when I past the html file it only shows the text (html
code) it does not display as a web page. The email is set to html under the
options tab.
