how to find out which disk does this refer to...

hello,

1/I got this message in my event log. Please advise the command, method to
find out which hard - disk it refer to.


remarks:
I got drive C: , d: , e: f: and k: in my system.

21333] Disk
Type: ERROR
Computer: Machine1
Time: 3/23/2006 9:37:05 AM ID: 11
The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk5\DR16.
