Windows XP How to find assigned 'keyboard shortcuts'?

I had a problem today that turned out to be due to an application I'd installed recently assigning a Windows 'keyboard shortcut' to run itself. It took me a while to sort this, because under Options in the program (Winspector) there was no setting for this shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+w). It must have been automatically set when Winspector was installed.

So: is there some way I can find any OTHER apps which have such keyboard shortcuts assigned please?
