how to download excel files sent in e-mail with only WindowsXP2000 home Addition

Not able to down load an excel spread sheet that was
e-mailed to my windows 200XO Home ed. How do I down lpad
it?

Maybe???

If you use Outlook express then goto
Tools>Options>Security

Uncheck
Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened ..............................
