How to download all Hotmail messages for offline view in Outlook?

Outlook Express can download all messages when we synchronize it with Hotmail
account so we can read all Hotmail emails in offline status.

How can the same be done with Outlook 2003?

For Outlook 2002 (navigation is slightly different for OL2003), go to
Tools -> Send/Receive Settings -> Define Send/Receive Settings, select your
group containing the Hotmail account, select the Inbox folder in the tree
list of folders, and configure the Hotmail account to "Download complete
item including attachments".
