How to change specific user privileges in Access that uses .mdw fi

Greetings to all

I would appreciate you help on the following:

I have inherited an access database implemented in MS-Access 2000 and
currently users are updating through MS-Access 2003. The .mdb file is based
on security .mdw file. I can see the privileges of each user for each form
through the security "Users and Groups" permission.

The problem is I don't know how to update it?

Any suggestions
