how to change links in Send to... (right mouse button)

I want to fix my Mail recipient in Send to... Every time I open it Microsoft Outlook loads but I can't send any message. Microsoft Outlook asks me to choose a profile. When I choose one of the profiles a message pops up: Outlook.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Then Microsoft Windows (TM) Messaging Subsystem Spooler pops up saying the same. What can I do to fix the problem? If I can't can I make Outlook Express shortcut appear in the Send to... toolbar after clicking the right mouse button on any document I want to send by e-mail?

There seems to be a number of fixes. Depends on the exact problem.
Here are a few fixes.

Start | Run | type: regsvr32 sendmail | OK

Send To Repair from Kelly

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 sendmail.dll
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsrv32 ole32
Go to Start/Run and type in: regsrv32 /i shell32

Create a Shortcut to OE Mailto:
Right click on the Desktop/New/Shortcut.
Paste this into the white box:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /mailurl:mailto:
Go to Next, name it (ex) OE Shortcut, then hit finish.
