Right-click on My Documents on your desktop, go to properties, and change
the path. You'll be prompted to move the contents to the new location.

Use TweakUI - one of the XP Powertoys from (if you have installed XP
SP1)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

If you have not installed SP1, the earlier version can be found at
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe

Once installed you will find it in Start - All Programs - Powertoys for
Windows XP

Its My Computer - Special folders, you can select My Documents and
Change Location to a folder on a different drive. Don't try to point
different such Special folders to the same place though

If all you need is to redirect My Documents, don't even need TweakUI. A
simple right click on My Documents lets you point it wherever you like.
