how synchronise outlook 2003 from on line to off line?

When I switch off my lap top the info from outloook stays on server and is
not sent to laptop, not synchronise.

Before it was easy alt F9, to synchronise, now I ca't find it.

Hi

you need to ensure that you have defined groups ( and selected subfolders )
to be synchronised

try CTRL-ALT-S to set them up
