How handle .pdf.htm downloaded file?

I am trying to download and use the instruction document for a Epson
Workforce 600 printer I was given from the site:

http://files.support.epson.com/pdf/wf600_/wf600_qr.pdf

When I download the displayed document I get

WorkForce 600 Series - Quick Reference Guide - wf600_qr.pdf.htm
plus a folder with a lot of ,js and .css files

When I double-click on the pdf.htm file I get blank pages.

How do I read my downloaded document, or how do I convert it to a
simple pdf document?
