how do you pause play pause etc sound files playing in powerpoint?

if you do a

insert menu > "movies and sounds" > sound from file

find your music file - insert it

then during a "slideshow" if you click the loudspeaker icon in your
presentation the sound will pause, click it again and it will un-pause

Ok, but then sound starts to play from the beggining. Is there a way to make
it play from the very point it was paused, when it is a embbed file (and not
just a linked one)?
