How do you get the list box or group box to be a drop down box?

Working with Access the data base is created, the tables are created, I just
can't get the list box, or the combo box to be a drop down choice on the form.

The easiest way to create a Combo box is by enabling the wizard by choosing
View, Toolbox, and toggling on (depressing) the button with the wand and
stars. Next, click on the combo box tool (just to the right of the
checkmark), and drag it to approproximate size on the screen. The wizard
will launch and guide you through the rest.

If this doesn't solve your problem, please provide more specifics of what
you're trying to do, such as what field(s) you wish to display in the combo
box, what table(s) they are in, what value is to be stored in the control's
underlying field, etc.

Which item in your form do you want to make a combo box? In the form's
design view, you can click on the little icon on the toolbar to pop up a
small window with all the controls you need. Make sure the Wizard button is
depressed before you drag the combo box onto your form. It will walk you
through the basics. If you need added functionality, then post back here.

What have you tried?

A "drop down choice" is a Combo Box control. Neither a Listbox nor an
Option Group will drop down - they're not designed to do so.

Try rightclicking the control on the Form and choose "Change To
Combo"; or delete the undesired control and use the Toolbox (with the
magic wand icon selected) to add a Combo Box to your form.
