How do you add public folders shortcut to my mail favorite folders

I want to add a public folder into my email Favorite folders, every time I
right click on the public folder and click on Add to my favorites. It adds
the folder to the Favorite under the Public Folder. Is there a way to add it
into my personal one instead.

Yes, once added to the Public Folder Favorites rightclick it there and
choose Add to Favorite Folders
