This will depend heavily on the paper-handling ability of your printer.
There are basically two ways to approach it:

1. Printing the back of the envelope with the flap closed.

2. Printing the front of the envelope with the flap open.

Depending on how your printer feeds envelopes, whether the print is
distorted when printing more than one layer (where the flap overlaps the
envelope if closed), and whether an open flap snags in the feed mechanism,
you'll have to decide between the two options.

Either way, you'll need to set up a Landscape document and use a ruler to
measure where your address will fall on the selected paper size. If you
choose Option 1, use the envelope paper size and set up the return address
centered at the top of the envelope. If you choose Option 2, you'll probably
need to use a larger paper size (such as US Letter or A4) and adjust the
margins accordingly.

There will be a lot of trial and error involved. Test first on a blank sheet
of paper. If the envelopes are expensive and limited (a given if this is for
a wedding), test next on ordinary paper folded into the shape of the
envelope and glued. Good luck!
