How do I synchronize Hotmail contacts with Outlook 2003 contacts

I have over 200 contacts in one hotmail.co.uk account, and over 50 contacts
in two hotmail.com accounts, and over 250 contacts in my Yahoo.co.uk account.
I would like to synchronise them all, to my Microsoft Outlook 2003 Contacts

Without Outlook Live, I don't think you'll be able to do that.
