How do I set-up the default paper size for Memo Style printing

When I open an email and then select File-Page setup-Memo style, It is
defaulting to Ledger size paper.
When in Outlook (Without an email open) and I select File-Page Setup-Memo
Style and then the Paper Tab, it is set on Letter size paper.
Why are the emails not defaulting to letter size. It takes alot of time to
go into each email and make sure it is set on letter instead of ledger.
Please help!!
