I do not use far East languages on my computer but I ended
up with IME on my system. I have tried numeras times to
delete it and can not do so. I have tried to use the
ADD/REMOVE program but IME is not shown. If I go into
C:/WINDOWS/ there is IME. I have tried to delete the
folder and the contents of the folder. I am told I must
shut of the program using IME. I have started the machine
and tried to delete and can not do so. How do I delete
    IME???

    Thanks a LOT!!!

    Hi Ken,

Go to Start/Run/Regedit and remove the Prototype from here:

    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
    NT\CurrentVersion\IniFileMapping\KeyboardLayout.ini
