How do I remove downloaded design template from Slide Design?

I have accidentally downloaded the same powerpoint template from Office
Online 3 times, and now the same template keep appearing 3 times in the
"Slide Design" window. How do I remove the duplicates?

The easiest way is to use Windows Explorer and search for
whatever_it_is_called.pot and delete two of the copies
