How do I print more than one and less than a page of labels

The only options I get are 1 or an entire page. I want 20 not 80. All the
same label so I can't use mail merge.

Create a whole page of them and delete out the ones you don't want before
you print them.

That's one way. Another way is to leave the address box of the Labels
dialog empty and click the New Document button. That gives you a page
with an empty table (if you don't see the table cells, click Table >
Show Gridlines). Type the address in the first cell, copy it to the
clipboard, select 20 cells, and paste.
