How do I prevent mail being automatically deleted from my Inbox?

I somehow deleted every message in my Inbox and now my e-mail is being
automatically deleted from my Inbox in Outlook after 7 days. Why is this
happening and how do I turn it off? It only happens in the Inbox, but does
not occur in the other folders I have set up.
