How do I merge two Word documents into one in Word 2007?

If you just want to insert document B into document A, do this: Open A. On
the Insert ribbon tab, click the arrow next to the Object button (in the
Text group), and then click Text from File. Locate document B and click the
Insert button.

Note that if A and B are using the same styles, the formatting will adjust
to match document A (the target document). To use the formatting of document
B, insert A into B instead.
