I have a single power point presentation; I would like to combine two slides
within that presentation and make them into one slide. Can I do that in
    powerpoint?

    Daniel,

copy all objects on one slide (you can use Ctrl+A to select them all) and
insert them on the other slide. Re-arrange them, if necessary. That's all.

    Kind regards,
    Ute
