In Outlook 2003 I found the steps to import the Windows Address Book entries
in the Outlook 2003 Address Book.

For those who may want to know the steps I used, here are the steps:

1. Run Outlook 2003.
2. Click Go -> Contact or press Ctrl+3.
3. Click File - Import and Export.
4. Select 'Import Internet Mail and Addresses'.
5. Click Next.
6. Select 'Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x' and unselect 'Import Mail' and
'Import Rules'.
7. Click Next.
8. Click Finish to import the Windows Address Book entries in the Outlook
2003 Address Book.
