How do I hide the cursor/mouse arrow in Kiosk Mode PP2003?

In kiosk mode how do I hide the cursor/mouse arrow? I don't want the
cursor/mouse arrow to show at all; my PP presentation is being displayed on a
touch panel monitor and I want the users to touch pictures to advance to my
hyperlink using their fingers.
