How do I get rid of a zigzag line under my text(not spell check)?

I started working on a document on Word 2003 but moved my document to Word
2007. While I was working on my document I used a key to seperate two
different sections of the document. After I did this a zig zag line, that
resembles a spell check or grammer check line appeared at the bottom of all
the pages. The line is black and runs the full course of the bottom of the
page. I tried to highlight it and delete it but it won't highlight and it
won't delete. I was fine with it at the bottom of the page but when I tried
to get rid of it it multiplied. Does anyone know what I am talking about or
how to get rid of it?

It's a paragraph border, created by AutoFormat.
