How do I enable Win2k Pro CLIENTS for remote administration?

Hi Everyone
I want to be able to access my users' Win2k Pro computers from my Win2k Pro computer at my desk, just like I use TS on my servers. Does that require SMS or some other 3rd party tool, or does Win2k Pro support it natively? Does MS provide a client? The environment is Windows 2000 AD - no SMS.
Thanks

This functionality was first build into XP, it's not natively
available in W2K Pro. You'll need pcAnywhere, VNC or NetMeeting.

Radmin is the best solution I have found and I use it all the time. It is
faster than PC ANywhere and very easy to setup. http://www.radmin.com
