how do I embed a power point banner into a front page web site?

I am already very use to making simple power point presentations with simple
transitions. Yet, I want to make a banner add for my front page web site that
works inside the page a person is viewing. Do I really have to go get some
other program to create an animated gif? Isn't there a way to bring over the
banner I made in Power Point and view it like a animated gif banner ad on my
web page?

Convert it to flash, otherwise the user would have be using IE and have PowerPoint installed and the
PPT wouldn't display until it had download and then launched PPT or the PPT Viewer

Ok convert it to Flash. Is that an option with in Microsoft Frontpage or
Power Point and if it is, where is it? I looked under save as options and it
doesn't jump out at me. I would love to convert it to flash if that will make
it work.

Not an option with FP or any FP add-in. However if you search the internet, you will find add-ins
for PowerPoint to create Flash movies.
