How do I delete only private appointments from the calendar?

I use Outlook at work and at home and so I have marked all of my personal
appointments as "private" so they cannot be viewed by others. How do I
remove from my calendar only those that are marked "private?"

You could apply a filter that looked at Private only items, you would need
to Customise the View and select Filter and Advanced and add the Private
field and the condition would be Private = Yes

View the Calendar in By Category view. Use the Field Chooser to show the
Private field and then Sort by Private. Delete using Shift Click all the
Private appointments.

Thank you so much, I think you've definitely pointed me in the right
direction. With both of these suggestions, though, I can't seem to find the
"private" field in the list of fields. I looked under Appointments and every
other option. Do you know where it is? Is it called something else? Thanks
again!

Its under the Contacts heading, Customize Current View > Filter > Advanced >
Select the Field drop down and choose Contacts > Private > Condition =
equals > Value = Yes > add to list > OK
