How do I copy an entire MS Access database?

I have an MS Access 2003 database with about 100 tables and about 300
queries. I would like to use the structure of this database again, i.e., I
would like to create an empty copy of this database. How can I do this? Or
alternatively: how can I delete all data from a database except its structure?

Create a new, empty database. Use File... Get External Data... Import
to import the tables; there's an option to import only the structure.
You can import all the Queries and other objects as they are.

Does it copy Stored Procedures and Import Specifications?

I will try this later, but happened upon the thread and was curious.
