how do I convert email to pdf file

I am using office 2007. For some reason the pdf convert disappears from
outlook from time to time.
I need to convert email to pdf can you help

it is very complicated and tough task if you want to do this manually. There are some tools available which can help you in this. Total Video Converter can easily convert all the email messages into pdf format. if you are converting several email messages, you can either save them as separate files with initial layout fully intact or combine them into one big PDF document.
