How can we share our calendar on the share drive.

We would like to share the calendar within the office so we would know how to
cover each other and schedule work accordingly.

You created your account, didn't you? Did you choose Exchange, POP, IMAP,
or something else?

Ok now I understand so that would be POP.

The link you suggested does not work. Could you check if it is correct?

Brian,

Can you help me? I use outlook 2003. I want to be able to share my
calendar with other family members but still have my e-mail come only to me?
Is this possible? I do not have an exchange server e-mail account. I do not
know how to get one if I need one.

Thanks very much,

Debby

You can create a PST in a shared Windows folder that contains only a
calendar folder and each person can open that shared PST in his or her mail
profile. That calendar won't be the default calendar, but you can keep the
common events in it.

Hi Brian;

Not sure if you are still looking for a shared calendar solution. Our
company currently uses www.jointcontact.com to share calendar and
contact data online. Calendar and contact can be shared with your
group online. In addition calendar and contact information can be
exported directly to Outlook 2003 or 2007.

If you have any questions feel free to review the online demo at
www.jointcontact.com/demo.

Regards.

I never was. Go back and read the message you replied to. You'll see I was
supplying an answer, not asking a question.
