Sorry, the Citation Manager is limited and will not work for all
situations. It just doesn't include the Harvard style. It can only be
customized by digging into the code and at present there seems to be no
documentation on how to customize the code, so that's not very feasible.
Apparently you would need to know XSLT, which may be a subset of XML.
APA is pseudo Harvard system. In actuality APA is meant to be the actual
Harvard system but it does have some significant and dumb-founding
differences.
