How Can I Restore My Outlooks Contacts?

I removed my entire contacts list inadvertently. How can I get it back? When
I set up Outlook a couple of months ago, syncing with my treo 680 migrated
all the contact info. How can I restore my Outlooks Contacts? Thank you.

Hey Russ,
Is that the same as synchronizing the folders, which occurs automatically
when I logon to Outlook?

Let's hope not, because if synchronization removed your Contacts they cannot
be retrieved. If that's what you think did it, you'll have to restore them
from your most recent backup.
