How can I get access to contacts in Public folders

A

Angie M.

through the Insert Address button in Word?

Hi,

Thanks for any help. I have the Insert Address button in Word where I
routinely get addresses from my Contacts folder. I want to have access to
the same contact folders I see in my public folders when I'm in Outlook. Any
help is greatly appreciated, I've already searched many sites and have found
nothing.

I'm home sick and don't have access to my work computer. I'm not sure but I
will try that, thanks. Is there a difference between getting access to a
Public Folder and a contact folder you have access to through a subscription?
(share my calendar choice from attorney's Outlook, open shared calendar from
secy's computer)?? Thanks for the help Diane!

Yes, there is a big diff. The shared folder can't be used as an address
book.

Thank you. So if I follow the directions you gave me at first, the shared
address books will be visible when using the Address Book button in Word to
insert an address? Just wanted to clarify. Thanks
