Windows Vista HotSpot Shield Problems with IE & Firefox

Hi

I'm new to this forum.

I have been successfully using Hotspot Shield with IE7 and recently, i cannot get onto the internet using IE or Firefox when i start HSS. HSS pulls the options successfully but my laptop will not let me browse.

For example, when HSS is activated, if i try to use msn.com, i cannot get onto any web page. When i click 'diagnose connection problems' the windows network diagnostic displays the following message :

uk.msn.com is not set up to establish a connection on port 'world wide web service (HTTP)' with computer.

Only when i disconnect HSS can i browse the internet.

Can anyone help?
