Homepage keeps changing

I use a personalized homepage with Excite.com but each time I reboot, it
goes back to the default Excite homepage. I continually go into Internet
Options and click on 'use current page as my homepage' but it does not save.
I run Norton Antivirus, ZoneAlarm Pro, Spybot, and Ad-Aware programs and it
still occurs. Is there anything else I can do?

Set your own page and lock the home page by applying the fix given below:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/HomePageLock.reg

If you want to change, unlock it by applying the fix

Hey Mike,

This may be an ongoing flaw with Internet Explorer. I've
run into a similar proble as you have, where some oddball
would update my homepage to http://www.zestyfind.com. As
a solution, you may want to go through the Internet
Settings, and under the "General" tab, click on Use
Current (AFTER you have pulled up http://www.excite.com
for your home page). Hopefully this will provide some
type of solution. Take care and make it a great day.
