helpsvc.exe & helpctr.exe

when i click the help&support from the start men
the help dont open the process helpsvc.exe & helpctr.exe
comes up and quit after some 3sec
only changed = i install SP1

Or go to Start > run and type helpctr -regserver
To totally reinstall help and support copy and paste the following
line in a Start > Run prompt:
rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection
%systemroot%\inf\pchealth.inf

The program will ask for the Windows XP CD, alternatively, try to
point it to the Windows\System32\dllcache folder and the
Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 folders.
