Help and Support Service hangs on Windows Server 2003

I am running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition as an application server.

Citrix MetaFrame XP Feature Release 3 was installed on this server.

Help and Support service(Namely, helpsvc.exe) will eventually(usually
one or two hours after system boot up) begin to dominate the CPU Time
and increase its memory usage by about 1MB/sec. The system is stable if
Help and Support Service is disabled.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to
help solve this issue.
