Having Problems Restoring iQon Laptop

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum..... and would like help restoring my iQon laptop to the factory settings but i don't know how.

The Laptop has alot of programs on it and is full as far as i can work out, got the Laptop off my Brother who has no clue about Computers/Laptops.. I've no restore/backup disc..

I Hope Someone can help ?

Hi Martin, welcome to PC Review. I was just wondering whether you have already tried the Iqon website? They have downloadable user manuals there which might possibly help (?) also troubleshooting, etc. Anyway, here is the link to Iquon in case it helps.
